Most crimes against children take place with a child care worker. It is detrimental for parents to recognize and look into the record of providers to eliminate the bad providers. With the latest Crime of the young girl in California and the woman that abused and killed the child and placed her in a suitcase. It is more important than ever to look into the background checks of some of these people. They are ultimately responsible for the care and growth of a child when there parents are away.
