Refund/Exchange Policy

We do not accept refunds or exchanges for International Orders. For continental US orders, please contact our customer service number for a return authorization. If you do decide to return your GPS unit(s) within the 30 day guarantee period, for whatever reason, you get to make arrangements to ship the unit(s) back to us. It is preferable that you send it back to us in the original box and, of course, you will also be responsible for the freight and shipping costs back to our office. You will receive back 100% of the original sale price (and tax, if applicable) of your GPS unit*. Your refund will be in the form of a mailed check from Amber Alert GPS in the amount of the purchase price (the refund will NOT be on your credit card). If you cancel after the 30-day money back guarantee and before your 1, 2, or 3 year contract expires, you will be responsible for a $199.00 early termination fee.

* Refunds will not be issued for any of the monthly recurrent fees charged to your credit card while you are in possession of the GPS unit(s). Refunds only apply to the purchase price of the actual GPS unit(s).
