If you do decide to return your device within the 14 day guarantee period, for whatever reason, you will be responsible for the shipping costs back to our office. You will receive 100% of the original price of the Amber Alert GPS child tracking device (refunds will not be issued for activation fees, first monthly subscription fee, and/or original shipping fees). To be eligible for a refund, a device must be in substantially new condition. Refunds will not be issued for devices that have been damaged or altered in any way, including by affixing adhesive or other items to the device.
However, you will NOT be charged any restocking/handling fees!
Your refund will be in the form of a credit back onto your credit card in the amount of the purchase.
If you are a continental US customer and want to exchange your device for another, you will need to send it back to us in the original packing material and, of course, you will also be responsible for the shipping costs of the device back to our office.
