Lindsey, I would like to thank you for the wonderful gps devices, my 90 year father keeps his on his belt at all times, it is a great comfort to us , to keep track of him, as he still lives alone, it has given him a great piece of mind , to know we are just a push of a button away. Great customer service
I have had to call the customer service line several times just to get things customize the way we want them. I have had nothing but great service eveytime I've called. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful.
I love this device my son goes to school in the next town over which is in a different state and I love being able to set a zone around his school so I will know when he gets there and leaves. It brings peace of mind also. We are so glad we found Amber Alert GPS!

As a parent of a child with autism, I understand the anxiety many parents feel about the potential their child may wander away in the blink of an eye. The autism community sees time and time again the stories of kids who wander away from their familiar surroundings, placing themselves into dangerous situations. Stories of children who wander away are not common only to the autism community; it can happen to anyone and at any time. As parents, we want to have a way to keep track of our kids and connect to them at a moment's notice should the need arise. Amber Alert GPS provides that peace of mind! For the past few weeks, our son has carried the Amber Alert GPS and we have found it is an easy to use, interactive product that provides a valuable service to all parents. The products dashboard is easy to use for parents to give a snapshot of where our child has gone and setting up specific "zones" helps give peace of mind knowing our child is where he should be, when he should be there. The Amber Alert GPS product is one that I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone as a tool to help keep track of their child and provide the peace of mind we all really want!

Superior Customer Support
The Customer Service is the best I ever experienced, no really! Locating a missing child is serious business. Some people are not that computer literate (me). My child is autistic and special locater requirements. Amber Gps is TOTALY teaming with me to resolve my issues. Thank you Amber Alert GPS.
A great tool for our family!
I want to tell you of an incident that happened last year with our two daughters. They wanted to go to the park with their friends so we sent them both with an Amber Alert GPS clipped onto their pants. We set up a zone around the park to know if they left the area. A half hour later I was on my way to the store when I got a text message alerting me from one of my daughters GPS units. I thought for a moment that they probably accidently pushed the "help" button
but to be sure I turned around and drove back to the park. The Google map on my phone showed me the exact spot where they were playing
I parked on the road next to a big tree and looked up. They were up in the tree having a great time and, just as I thought, one of them had unknowingly pushed the GPS button while climbing. They asked me why I came to the park and I told them that I had gotten an alert from them that they needed help. We laughed.
I was amazed at the accuracy of the device. There was comfort in knowing that I could drive right up to the very spot where they were playing and find everything alright and my daughters knew that I would come to find them if they ever had to push the button in a real emergency.
I am thankful for the peace of mind that this kind of technology gives me and that it is such a great tool for our family!

Excellent Customer Service
I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how helpful Bryan has been to me. I received my Amber Alert GPS last week, and as soon as I did, I started "playing" with it to ensure that it would work my rural area. Unfortunately, it wasn't working well, so I began an email correspondence with Bryan. He has been very helpful, including emailing me over the holiday weekend, which I didn't expect! I have a tendency to ask a lot of questions, and Bryan has made me feel welcome to do so (and not guilty about what may be considered dumb questions!).
As a former retail employee, and a current business owner, I like to acknowledge good customer service, which seems to have become harder and harder to find in today's market. Bryan has provided me with excellent service!

We recently completed a six-week rental of one of your Amber Alert GPS units and I want you to know that we were very pleased with the experience. Our daughter is a college student who recently returned from a mission trip to an Asian country. Your GPS system helped to give us peace of mind as we were able to know her location throughout the trip. Also, we knew that if she were to encounter problems she would be able to trigger the GPS system to summons help to her location.

My wife has Alzheimer’s and on occasion has strayed from me while we are out. This forced me to look for a device that would assist me in locating her should this ever happen again. In doing some intensive research I chose the Amber Alert unit as it appeared to have the functions that I felt I needed to give me a sense of security should something ever happen again. Well the Amber Alert unit absolutely proved itself without a doubt. When we were out shopping and I needed to use the restroom I had instructed my wife to wait for me that I would only be a minute or two and when I came out of the restroom she was gone. I searched the store assuming that she was just looking around in another section of the store but she was nowhere to be found. I then activated the Amber Alert Search System and saw that she was four blocks away from the store and approaching a major HI way. Rushing to my car and with the assistance of the Amber Alert I was able to find her quickly and before she attempted to cross a major highway which could have been disastrous. I can’t express the relief when I saw her just where the Amber Alert indicated she was and was able to avert a potential serious situation where she could have been seriously hurt or worse.

Last night I was sitting here at my computer when I got a phone call. It was my ex-wife telling me to check the Amber Alert GPS. She had told me that somone had taken my daughters back pack by mistake. I then used this as a drill and treated it like the real deal. I then tracked it. It showed it at the pizza place down the street as I was on my way there I had her on the phone with me while she tracked from her computer. I pulled up to the pizza place and the people who mistakenly took the back were about to leave and I was able to get the back pack back in my possession. If this was a real deal I was able to track and get back all my stuff with in 20 minutes of the first call. Thank you.
